We at Epstein, Shapiro & Epstein can trace our roots to a small neighborhood law office opened by Adolph Eicholtz in 1906. We remain committed to the philosophy that a small law firm that gives close personal attention to every client can provide the best of legal services at the lowest possible cost. We do this by avoiding duplication of efforts and by keeping ourselves informed of the latest legal precedents and legislation while restricting our practice to the specialized areas of our expertise. We recognize that we cannot be all things to all persons and therefore limit our practice to individual clients, privately owned businesses, and professional practices that have found that they may be lost in the maze of large law firms that primarily cater to large publicly held companies. Our clients have a right to expect us to be available to them when the need arises and can expect to deal directly with our partners on a one to one basis. We are honored that both of our partners have been elected as Fellows of the American College of Tax Counsel and have been engaged to represent numerous lawyers in connection with their personal tax issues. We maintain a staff that has been with us for many years and we take pride in the fact that most of our clients are recognized by their voice when calling us on the telephone, and know and respect all of us as friends and counselors. When we are not immediately available our clients can rely upon the personal attention of our long time assistant, Annette Davis, who can be reached by telephone or by e-mail at annette@eselaw.com.
